Our next virtual, 3 month interactive workshop series will be Wed 12/3/25 9:30 a.m. and continues through February on 1st and 3rd Weds each month. Some returning clients may be able to join after the workshops begin.
Balance your pelvic, abdominal & health fitness through breath, dynamic movement and creative ways to reduce tension.
Workshops are paced to allow home practice and self care.
Video “Anatomy & Pressures” sent through our portal for viewing prior to initial date. Educ/practice videos sent after each workshop.

These will NOT be recorded to preserve privacy of any discussions, but the shorter practice and ed videos will match any home practice that is instructed.

Description:
Workshop and video topics will include education and practical exercise training. Such as:
-Anatomy & Pressures, improving sensory awareness and blending power with improving muscle relaxation.
-Tips for calming and recharging your muscles to minimize fatigue.
-Intro to pelvic floor–how to find your pelvic floor muscles and deep core abdominals and team up with your spine.
-How to add power without holding breath or losing support. Practice with breath and tips for calming bladder urge and tension.
Movement and education will be primarily in sitting and standing, with knees straight or in a very slight squat. We may include exercises on a large ball or chair-disk, but not in the beginning sessions.
We will also have some time on a mat or bed, but you don’t have to be able to be flat on your back. Some exercises are modifications from medical therapeutic yoga, without deep stretches. We avoid pushing into joint strain.
These are not personalized physical therapy evaluation or treatment sessions. Some in-state clients combine group workshops with private physical therapy or wellness visits online or at clinic.
